Steps To Enable WhatsApp Dark Mode On Android Device
Step No 1:
Go to the Settings of your phone

Once you have opened the settings, you will have to open the Developers options for which the path is mentioned below –
Settings > About Phone > Locate the Build Number, and tap on it seven times.
You will now receive a message saying that You are now a developer

Step No 3:
Now go to the Developers options and search for Override force-dark and push the toggle switch to the right. This way you will enable the WhatsApp dark mode and will be able to see the black theme on WhatsApp.
When you use the override force-dark option and activate WhatsApp dark mode on Android, all your apps, including WhatsApp get a black theme. WhatsApp is soon going to have a dedicated dark mode feature, which will reduce screen glare by changing the light-coloured message bubbles and background with darker colours.
Facebook’s messaging platform has for long been contemplating the WhatsApp dark mode and here’s the good news! WhatsApp is soon going to launch the dark mode for WhatsApp. Though, as has been reported WhatsApp dark mode is ready but only for some Users. It has however not mentioned the release date or has put forth any comments.

So, What’s Next For iOS, iPhone, iPad Users
Once the WhatsApp black theme will be released, it will be compatible with iOS 13. Though it still requires a few tweaks before gets rolled out for the iOS platform which includes iPhones and iPads. As of now, it is very much under process and is still unstable. WABeta also reported that WhatsApp could resolve this issue in 15 minutes, but they don’t know when this will be resolved.
